Your First Appointment
Please be sure to bring the following items with you to your first visit:
● Insurance card/information (we also have affordable cash options!)
● Photo I.D.
● Any medical information regarding your condition/injury
● A desire to move better!

Referrals
Dr. Kuhlman has a network of health professionals to whom he can refer patients. So you can rest assured that if we cannot help you here, we know of a qualified professional who can get you the results you need.
Insurance
Some insurance plans cover chiropractic care. Please check with your insurance provider to determine your benefits. We are in network with several insurance carriers, and we can answer any questions regarding if we are a preferred provider for your carrier. We are also happy to submit your insurance claims electronically for you.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards. We require payment at the time services are provided, unless you have made other arrangements with us prior to your appointment.
